WELCOME TO THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION'S (FAA)
Cooperative Surveillance and 1030/1090 MHz Spectrum Environment Model (CSSEM)
Stage 2 - Build: 2.beta.042425

CSSEM is used to assess the supportability of 1030 MHz and 1090 MHz certifications and frequency assignments by evaluating the impact of the request on the existing and future 1030 MHz and 1090 MHz environment and cooperative surveillance system performance.

Access to this website is limited to entities that have a requirement to conduct radio frequency coordination with the FAA. This may include US Government agencies, military services, and industry equipment suppliers. Users must register with CSSEM before access is granted. To establish an account, please submit a request by accessing the “Register” link.

Evaluation with CSSEM does not replace WebFCR coordination. Please contact FAA Spectrum Engineering if you have any questions or need assistance.
